Organizational Structure
Organizational Structure
The Idaho Chaplains Corps/Community Care Network operates by chapters. Chapters are established in counties throughout the state. Each chapter has its own set of bylaws with a chairperson, treasurer and secretary. Other offices may also be established. These bylaws follow the bylaws set down by the Community Care Network.
Chapters are grouped into districts according to their state organizational chart, i.e., district one may have five counties. Districts are grouped into sections: two sections per state; one overseer per section and overseer per state.
The duty of the state overseer is to work with the section overseer to develop section chapters.
The Idaho Chaplains Corps/Community Care Network understands that each county has different demographic and geographic needs. Having their own chapter gives the county autonomy to operate as their needs dictate.
Each chapter is responsible for networking with crisis field workers. They establish relationships with qualified professionals who will be able to fulfill the needs of persons in crisis
